In a gong meditation experience, your body is bathed with sound while you lie on the floor in a dreamy state. The healing harmonic vibrations enter the body, soothing, facilitating healing, and awakening your spirit. Please bring a mat and pillow for lying comfortably on the floor during all gong meditations. It also helps to have an eye covering for total escape into the sound and to wear comfortable clothing.
